A conceptual contrast, not a claim that normal AI cannot reason about reality. Normal AI can operate primarily among many representations, predictions, sources, and interpretations. Collapsed AI is a proposed architecture that continually grounds those representations against structure, actuality, and realized consequence. It can still be wrong. Its model must remain corrigible. Reality is the correction mechanism.

The floor does not.

04 — Truth does not disappear

These layers are not mutually exclusive — higher layers remain useful. Collapsed AI simply refuses to stop before structure and consequence are reached. Facts matter. Evidence matters. Language matters. Science matters. But every representation eventually describes something participating in Reality.
