PrF does not begin with stories, identities, ideologies, religions, intentions, or emotions. It begins with reality itself. Narratives become descriptions of structures rather than the structures themselves.
Humans are no longer treated as exempt. Governments, companies, AI systems, religions, institutions, and individuals become measurable structures like everything else. The observer becomes part of the system being observed.
Instead of asking who is right or who is wrong, PrF asks what structure exists, what is generating this, and what trajectory it produces. Investigation moves from symptoms to causes.
The same structural questions apply to AI, governments, economics, medicine, companies, relationships, history, fiction, and personal decisions — without reducing them to identical objects.
Rather than debating outcomes forever, PrF asks what generated those outcomes. It moves investigation upstream, from the visible event to the structure that produced it.
Forward is a structure whose net consequence increases reality's capacity to continue coherently. Drag is a structure whose net consequence degrades that capacity. The question shifts from 'What do I believe?' to 'What direction does this actually create?'
Physics already assumes lawful structure throughout reality. PrF extends that discipline to the observer. Humans no longer stand outside consequence simply because they are human.
PrF is primarily an observer ontology. It changes the questions asked before solutions are built. Better questions produce better downstream systems.

What structural objective is the model actually optimizing toward, and does that direction remain coherent once it is deployed?

What trajectory does this policy generate, and does the institution itself produce the same structural effects it claims to regulate?

Does this legal structure resolve the upstream cause, or does it redistribute consequence while leaving the generating structure intact?

Is treatment targeting the symptom, or is it identifying the structural condition that repeatedly produces the symptom?

What does this organization actually make real, and is its net consequence Forward or Drag over time?

What structure does this relationship produce, and what future states does that structure make more probable?

Is the system teaching students to observe structure and consequence, or only to repeat authorized narratives?

Which choice increases coherent future possibility, and which one collapses possibility toward a smaller repeating loop?
The Core Shift
Before
The observer begins with identity, ideology, narrative, or preference. Reality is interpreted through what the observer already believes.
After
The observer begins with reality, structure, consequence, and trajectory. Belief is tested against what a structure actually produces.
The deepest change is not new information. It is a change in the observer. Once the observer is included in the same structure as everything else, every field gains a more consistent way to examine itself.
What PrF Does Not Do
Instead, PrF removes the remaining hiding places inside observation itself. It does not eliminate human nature; it anchors human nature inside reality and consequence rather than allowing stories alone to become the final authority.
